Marriage and Couples Counseling

The Gottman Institute, Drs. John and Julie Gottman. This approach is the result of studying thousands of couples and research developed over the last 40 years. The techniques are life changing with skill sets that provide tools for your marriage that are effective. Are you tired of having the same exact argument for the last 20 years. The Gottman’s say 67% of arguments don’t have a resolution. I agree it’s not about solving any one problem; it’s the feelings and ability to understand one another in a more connected way. Sounds so easy, right? Bottom line, any marriage is work and requires the invested time for a happy marriage. It does exist.

Narcissistc Abuse

I want you to know that you are not alone, and there is hope for healing, living and learning to love again.

First and foremost, it's important to acknowledge that what you went through was not your fault. Narcissistic abuse is a manipulative and controlling behavior that can deeply affect your self-esteem and overall well-being. Remember that you are deserving of love, respect, and happiness.

Healing takes time, and it's okay to have ups and downs along the way. Engage in activities that bring you joy and help you reconnect with your passions and interests. Journaling, meditation, or engaging in creative outlets like art or writing can also be therapeutic. Each step forward no matter how big or small is a victory towards reclaiming your life.

Lastly, remember that you are a survivor, you are a badass and your strength and resilience will carry you through this journey
